Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain accurate inventory records across all systems and locations. Develop, implement, and oversee cycle counting and physical inventory programs. Analyze inventory data to optimize stock levels, minimize obsolescence, and prevent stockouts. Establish and enforce inventory control procedures for receiving, storage, material issuance, and shipping. Collaborate with production, purchasing, and warehousing departments to ensure material availability and flow. Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies, performing root cause analysis. Lead continuous improvement initiatives for inventory management processes and systems. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in inventory control or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced inventory management software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in demand forecasting and inventory optimization. In-depth knowledge of inventory control principles, including cycle counting, ABC analysis, and material flow.
