Key Responsibilities Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues. Provide comprehensive technical support and training to customers on equipment operation and basic maintenance. Document all service activities, parts used, and customer interactions accurately in service reports. Adhere strictly to safety regulations and company policies during all field operations. Manage service parts inventory and company assets efficiently while in the field. Recommended Qualifications Strong electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair skills. Associate's degree or technical certification in industrial maintenance, electronics, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field service or industrial equipment maintenance. Proficiency in reading schematics, using diagnostic tools, and performing root cause analysis. Excellent customer service, communication, and independent problem-solving abilities. Bonus Qualifications Experience with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell) or HMI configuration. Demonstrated strong customer service and communication skills. Proficiency in industrial networking protocols and troubleshooting. Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
