Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the finishing department, ensuring production targets are met. Supervise, train, and develop finishing personnel and operators. Optimize finishing processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and waste reduction. Troubleshoot production issues and equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate production records and generate performance reports. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing finishing processes (e.g., painting, coating, assembly, inspection). Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a production environment. Strong understanding of quality control standards and inspection methodologies. Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions. Knowledge of safety regulations and lean manufacturing principles.
