About the position

We are seeking an organized and service-focused Travel Itinerary Specialist to support clients with researching, planning, and coordinating well-structured travel arrangements. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy organization, communication, and helping others create smooth, stress-free travel experiences in a flexible, remote-friendly environment. In this role, you will communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, schedules, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities, then assist in building clear and personalized itineraries. Responsibilities include coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, and ensuring all travel documentation is accurate and easy to follow. This position focuses on reliable coordination and consistent client support rather than direct sales. Success comes from strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple client requests efficiently.
