Key Responsibilities Manage the overall profitability, financial performance, and budget for the manufacturing facility. Oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production, high quality, and on-time delivery. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, drive growth, and improve market position. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols across all operations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and optimize manufacturing processes. Oversee supply chain activities to ensure efficient procurement, inventory management, and logistics. Recommended Qualifications Proven leadership and P&L management experience within a manufacturing environment. Extensive knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and quality systems. Demonstrated success in strategic planning, execution, and driving business growth. Strong track record in operational excellence, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Exceptional ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
