Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve operational and business growth objectives. Oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all departments. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, cost, and productivity. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in a senior leadership or General Manager role within a manufacturing environment. Strong financial acumen with demonstrated P&L responsibility, budget management, and cost control expertise. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations, including lean principles, supply chain management, and quality systems. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, drive operational excellence, and achieve business growth targets. Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
