Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of finishing department personnel. Ensure all finished products meet specified quality standards and customer requirements. Monitor production schedules and workflows to achieve daily output targets efficiently. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures within the finishing area. Train and mentor finishing technicians on new processes, equipment, and quality standards. Identify and resolve production issues or bottlenecks to maintain continuous workflow. Oversee the maintenance and proper operation of all finishing equipment and machinery. Recommended Qualifications Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing finishing processes and equipment. Strong understanding and application of quality control standards for finished products. Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and experience implementing safety protocols. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for production optimization. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team management and cross-functional collaboration.
