The Opportunity We partner with manufacturers across Spring Lake seeking Finishing Supervisors who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all finishing department activities and personnel. Ensure finished products meet established quality standards and specifications. Optimize production schedules and workflow to maximize efficiency and on-time delivery. Train, mentor, and evaluate finishing department personnel on processes and safety. Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime. Implement and enforce all safety regulations and company policies within the department. Identify and resolve production issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions. Recommended Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing finishing operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role. Strong technical knowledge of various finishing processes, equipment, and quality control methodologies. Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a production team to meet output and quality targets. Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high product quality standards and implementing continuous improvement. Excellent problem-solving skills for troubleshooting production issues and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
