Lead, train, and mentor a team of fabricators and welders. Ensure all fabricated components meet quality specifications and standards. Manage material inventory, ordering, and allocation for production needs. Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and best practices within the fabrication area. Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot fabrication equipment. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for fabrication processes and efficiency. Recommended Qualifications Extensive hands-on experience in various fabrication processes (welding, cutting, forming, machining). Proven leadership and team management skills in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints, schematics, and CAD models. Strong understanding and strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot fabrication issues and optimize production workflows.
