Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and controls for manufacturing equipment. Provide expert troubleshooting and technical support for electrical failures on production lines. Program, maintain, and optimize industrial control systems including PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs. Develop and execute electrical preventative maintenance programs to ensure operational reliability. Oversee the installation, commissioning, and validation of new electrical equipment and upgrades. Ensure all electrical work and systems comply with safety standards, codes (e.g., NFPA 70E, NEC), and company policies. Create and maintain accurate electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. Recommended Qualifications Experience with industrial control systems (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs) and automation programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens). Strong background in power distribution, motor control centers, and electrical safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E). Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex electrical and automation equipment in a production environment. Proficiency in reading and creating electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. Experience with process improvement, lean manufacturing principles, and optimizing electrical systems for efficiency and reliability.
