Maintain precise customer records and order data within the company's ERP system. Recommended Qualifications Experience in a customer service role within the manufacturing or industrial sector. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for order management and tracking. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, product specifications, and supply chain logistics. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues related to orders, shipments, or product inquiries. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly for conveying technical product information. Bonus Qualifications Familiarity with manufacturing processes or product specifications. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) commonly used in manufacturing. Understanding of supply chain logistics and order fulfillment. Ability to interpret technical documentation or product schematics.
