Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate statistical demand forecasts for products. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Production to gather market intelligence. Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to refine forecasts. Facilitate demand planning meetings and provide input for the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Monitor forecast accuracy, identify root causes for significant variances, and implement corrective actions. Manage demand plans for new product introductions and product discontinuations. Utilize forecasting software and ERP systems to generate and manage demand plans. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning software; strong Excel skills. Demonstrated strong analytical, statistical modeling, and data interpretation abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional stakeholder engagement. Solid understanding of S&OP processes and inventory management principles. Bonus Qualifications Experience with advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Anaplan). APICS CSCP or CPIM certification. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience participating in S&OP process improvement initiatives.
