Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical methods and market intelligence. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to gather critical market insights. Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy and bias, identifying root causes for variances and implementing corrective actions. Participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand plans with supply capabilities and financial targets. Manage demand planning for new product introductions and product discontinuations. Utilize and optimize forecasting software and tools to enhance planning efficiency and effectiveness. Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to refine forecast assumptions. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel for data analysis and forecasting. Strong analytical, statistical modeling, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional engagement. Familiarity with S&OP processes and inventory management principles. Bonus Qualifications Experience with advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis RapidResponse, Blue Yonder). Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). APICS CPIM/CSCP or IBF CPF certification. Experience leading or contributing to supply chain process improvement projects. Deep understanding of manufacturing production scheduling and capacity planning.
