The Opportunity We partner with manufacturers across Delta Township seeking Continuous Improvement Leaders who want more than a lateral move. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and initiatives across manufacturing operations. Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and other improvement projects to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve quality. Coach and mentor teams at all levels in the application of continuous improvement methodologies and tools. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of improvement efforts. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and operational excellence throughout the organization. Facilitate root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions for operational issues. Develop and standardize best practices and standard operating procedures to sustain gains from improvement projects. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required. 5+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated expertise in applying Lean methodologies (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S) and Six Sigma tools to achieve measurable results. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and train cross-functional teams in CI principles and tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with a data-driven approach. Bonus Qualifications Experience with advanced data analytics software (e.g., Minitab, Power BI, Python/R). Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and digital transformation initiatives. Proven experience in developing and delivering CI training programs and coaching others. Certification or practical experience with Theory of Constraints (TOC) principles.
