Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. Identify and analyze process inefficiencies and waste across manufacturing operations. Drive a culture of continuous improvement through engagement, training, and communication. Manage and facilitate continuous improvement projects from initiation to successful completion. Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and principles. Track, measure, and report on the financial and operational impact of improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize best practices and improve process performance. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment. Expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies (e.g., Black Belt certification). Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change and achieve measurable operational improvements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills. Excellent communication, facilitation, and training skills to engage and empower teams. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
