Key Responsibilities Perform routine and non-routine calibrations on a variety of manufacturing instrumentation. Maintain accurate calibration records and documentation in accordance with quality management systems. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair malfunctioning measurement and test equipment. Develop, review, and revise calibration procedures and work instructions. Ensure all calibration activities comply with internal standards, ISO requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Manage and track the calibration status and schedule for all plant equipment. Select, utilize, and maintain appropriate calibration standards and reference equipment. Recommended Qualifications Associate's Degree in Metrology, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related technical field. 2+ years of experience performing calibrations in a manufacturing or laboratory environment. Proficient understanding of calibration principles, measurement uncertainty, and relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 17025). Demonstrated ability to calibrate and troubleshoot a variety of test and measurement equipment. Strong aptitude for accurate documentation, record-keeping, and proficiency with calibration management software.
