The Opportunity We are partnering with organizations in Kentwood that are seeking Bookkeeper / Office Managers. Key Responsibilities Manage all accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Prepare and present monthly financial statements and management reports. Oversee general office operations, including supply procurement, vendor management, and facility coordination. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel, with experience in ERP systems preferred. Solid understanding of accounting principles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Experience with inventory management and basic cost accounting principles within a manufacturing environment. Proven ability to manage office operations, including administrative support, vendor relations, and facilities coordination. Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail for financial record-keeping and data accuracy. Bonus Qualifications Experience with manufacturing-specific ERP or inventory management systems. Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros). Basic human resources administration experience (e.g., onboarding, benefits coordination). Knowledge of workplace safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) or facility maintenance coordination.
