The Opportunity We are collaborating with multiple companies in Walker seeking experienced Bookkeeper / Office Managers. Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely entries. Manage full-cycle payroll processing, including tax filings and employee benefits administration. Perform bank and credit card reconciliations, maintaining general ledger accuracy. Oversee office operations, including ordering supplies, vendor management, and facility coordination. Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) and assist with budget tracking. Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Assist with basic HR functions such as new hire onboarding and employee record management. Support inventory data entry and reconciliation processes to ensure accurate stock levels. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) for AP/AR, payroll, and reconciliations. Demonstrated experience with inventory accounting and cost of goods sold in a manufacturing environment. Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) and support budgeting. Strong organizational and administrative skills, including vendor management and basic HR support. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting. Bonus Qualifications Experience with inventory or cost accounting principles. Familiarity with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Epicor, NetSuite). Proficiency with advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP). Experience supporting basic HR functions (e.g., onboarding, benefits administration).
