Key Responsibilities Provide expert technical support and consultation to customers regarding product selection and application. Proven ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Proficiency with relevant engineering software (e.g., CAD/CAM, simulation, PLC programming). Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex manufacturing applications. Experience providing technical support, training, and demonstrations to clients. Bonus Qualifications Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies such as additive manufacturing, robotics, or IIoT systems. Proficiency in a scripting language (e.g., Python, MATLAB) for automation, data analysis, or custom tool development. Prior experience in technical sales, pre-sales support, or developing customer training programs. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies and tools. Experience with simulation software (e.g., FEA, CFD) for product or process optimization.
