Lead DeFi Data Analyst

The Company A fast-growing restaking protocol backed by strong institutional investors is expanding its analytics function. The project operates at the intersection of liquid restaking, DeFi infrastructure, and on-chain growth, managing over $2.2B in TVL across a unified token ecosystem. The team moves fast, works with high ownership, and values people who bring analytical clarity, protocol curiosity, and the ability to turn data into decisions. The Role We are looking for a Lead DeFi Data Analyst who feels comfortable owning the entire data and analytics function, from building dashboards and KPI frameworks to informing growth strategy across the protocol. This role suits someone who has already worked with on-chain data in a DeFi-native environment and who enjoys translating complex protocol metrics into actionable insights for product, growth, and leadership teams. Experience in the restaking or liquid staking space is a strong plus and will help you navigate the data, the mechanics, and the conversations around protocol performance. Location: Remote, India-based What You Will Do Own the data and analytics function end to end, from defining metrics to delivering insights that drive protocol decisions Define and maintain KPI frameworks that connect on-chain and off-chain data to growth and product strategy Work closely with product, growth, and engineering teams to surface insights and support strategic initiatives Analyze incentive programs, ecosystem partnerships, and user behavior to assess performance and identify opportunities Automate reporting workflows and improve data reliability across the team Support investor-facing and partner-facing reporting when needed What You Bring to the Table Over 4 years of experience in data analytics, ideally within crypto, DeFi, or blockchain-native environments Strong command of SQL and Python for data analysis and reporting Experience building KPI frameworks and owning analytics end to end Ability to work cross-functionally with product, growth, and engineering teams Strong communication skills and the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders A proactive mindset and the ability to work with high ownership and limited structure What You Will Get Base salary up to $60,000 / annually Generous token component as part of the package A full time engagement with a team that values trust, ownership, and impact Fast hiring process and direct access to the leadership team We work with companies that care about building respectful, inclusive teams where people can grow, contribute, and feel supported.
