Senior SAP PP/QM Consultant Function: SAP Functional Consulting Module: SAP PP / SAP QM Product: SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Headcount: 2 Location: Bangkok, Thailand Work Setup: Office-based with occasional customer site visits Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30-18:00 Role Summary We are hiring a Senior SAP PP/QM Consultant to lead or support SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation projects focused on Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM). This role is suited to a consultant with strong end-to-end implementation experience, deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, and the ability to run Fit-to-Standard workshops, configure SAP solutions, support testing, and guide clients through go-live and post-go-live phases. Key Responsibilities Lead or participate in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation projects focused on PP and QM Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend SAP best-practice solutions Configure and implement Production Planning and Quality Management processes in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Perform Fit-Gap analysis and propose appropriate functional solutions Prepare functional documentation including: Configuration Documents Functional Specifications Test Scripts Support Data Migration activities Support testing cycles including: SIT (System Integration Testing) UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Deliver end-user training Provide Go-Live and post-Go-Live support Work closely with technical consultants and integration teams to ensure end-to-end solution delivery Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a related field 5-10 years of SAP consulting experience Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition in PP/QM Proven involvement in 4-6 full-cycle SAP implementation projects Strong understanding of manufacturing and production processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good documentation capability Good command of English, both spoken and written Strong presentation and communication skills Must have legal working rights in Thailand Preferred / Advantageous Background Experience in Food and Manufacturing industry SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition certification Experience with SAP Activate methodology Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation approach Employee Benefits Competitive salary based on experience and project role Project bonus / implementation commission SAP official training and certification sponsorship Clear career path to Solution Architect / Project Manager Opportunity to work on international-standard SAP Cloud projects Exposure to regional and international SAP projects Professional, ethical, and collaborative work environment Social Security Fund Provident Fund Group insurance: Life Insurance Accident Insurance Health Insurance (IPD, OPD) Dental Fee Special payment for Ordination, Marriage, Childbirth, Death (Employee, Father, Mother, Husband, Wife, and Children) Special payment for Natural Disaster Gift basket for inpatient case Notebook and equipment New Year Party Company Trip Annual Bonus Salary Adjustment Training and Seminar Per-diem Allowance for overnight stay in province Travelling Expense for onsite work Annual holidays 10-17 working days per year after 1 year of continuous service Public holidays of not less than 13 working days per year
