You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help create well-organized travel itineraries. Responsibilities include coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, preparing travel documentation, and maintaining accurate records. You will also assist clients with itinerary updates, confirmations, and documentation needs before, during, and after travel. This role emphasizes dependable service, organization, and attention to detail while supporting travelers throughout the planning process.
