We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Travel Experience Advisor Specialist to assist clients with coordinating and organizing travel arrangements. This role focuses on research, communication, and coordination to ensure each travel experience is planned efficiently and documented clearly. In this role, you will communicate with clients to understand travel preferences, schedules, and budgets. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help create well-structured travel plans. Responsibilities include assisting with itinerary preparation, coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, and maintaining organized planning records. You will also assist clients with itinerary updates, confirmations, and travel documentation needs before, during, and after travel when required. This position emphasizes reliability, organization, and strong client service while supporting travelers throughout the planning process.
