They run a lean, high-output team with a strong creative engine already in place, producing 25–40+ ad creatives per week, supported by established tracking systems and campaign infrastructure. ✍ Short Description We’re seeking a Creative Strategist to take full ownership of creative performance and strategy for one of our portfolio brands in the pest control niche, with the opportunity to expand across others. You’ll lead a small, elite creative team and oversee the full creative pipeline—from market research and ideation to briefing, production, and post-launch iteration—focused on scaling ad performance on Meta. 💰 Compensation: Competitive salary in USD 🗣 Language Requirements: Professional English 📌 Location: 100% Remote 😀 Start Date: ASAP 🤔 What We Offer Full-time remote role in a fast-moving creative and performance environment Lead creative strategy for a growing portfolio of brands Opportunity to have a direct impact on scaling ad performance on Meta Collaboration with a talented team and cross-functional stakeholders 💼 Responsibilities Analyze ad performance in Meta Ads Manager to identify what's working and why. Research customer behavior, competitors, and industry trends to inform creative strategies. Create and manage creative briefs for UGCs, VSLs, and prelanders. Oversee post-production to ensure creative pacing, storytelling, and structure are optimized. Plan creative testing strategies with the media buying team to scale high-performing ads. Lead iteration cycles based on metrics such as CTR, CVR, Hook Rate, CPA, and ROAS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including copywriters, designers, and media buyers to ensure creative execution aligns with strategic goals. ✅ Qualifications (Must Haves) 3+ years of experience as a Senior Creative Strategist for 8-9 figure DTC brands. Proven track record with Meta ad creatives that have scaled with $500K+ spend. Strong understanding of direct-response copywriting and consumer psychology. Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven creative decisions. Experience creating UGC/VSLs and ad concepts that drive real revenue. Experience managing copywriters, designers, and external agencies. 🎯 Preferred Qualifications Experience working with fast-growing DTC brands, especially in the pest control or similar niches. A strong grasp of creative testing, optimization, and performance analysis.
