FP&A Specialist (Financial Planning & Analysis) Work Setup: Onsite Location: Makati Job Summary The FP&A Specialist is responsible for supporting financial planning, budgeting, and analysis activities to help drive informed business decisions. This role focuses on financial reporting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Key Responsibilities Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Prepare financial reports, variance analysis, and performance insights. Analyze financial data to support business decisions and cost management. Ensure compliance with IFRS/PFRS and internal financial policies. Support month-end closing and financial reporting activities. Collaborate with different departments for data gathering and financial planning. Identify areas for cost optimization and financial improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accountancy (BSA). 4–5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting. Strong knowledge of IFRS/PFRS and financial reporting standards. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
