Location: Västerås, Sweden (hybrid: 2 days remote; onsite preferred) Scope: Full Time (100%) Period: 2026-04-01 to 2027-03-31 (Extension possible) Language Requirements: (English mandatory; Swedish meritorious) Apply Before: 2026-03-13 Role Overview We are hiring two Associate Project Managers (Delivery Projects) for one of our clients to support technical delivery projects in Västerås. In this role, you will manage documentation-related tasks, ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards, create, edit, and publish technical documentation using MS Office suite or other Windows-based tools and rendering/illustration software, and support sub-project managers in a structured, collaborative environment. This position requires 5+ years of experience with complex technical documentation, strong self-motivation, a focus on quality, and readiness to learn and take responsibility. What You’ll Do Create, edit, and publish technical documentation (including drawings/illustrations) Manage documentation processes, planning, and coordination Support sub-project managers in executing project delivery tasks and timelines Ensure adherence to quality system and IT tools Handle complex technical subject matter in engineering/IT/technology services Contribute to project progress monitoring and quality control Who You Are Must-Have Requirements: 5+ years of experience working with complex technical documentation in IT, engineering, or technology services Strong skills in creating, editing, and publishing technical documentation using MS Office suite or other Windows-based tools and rendering/illustration software High self-motivation, quality focus, and ability to learn quickly Disciplined, target-oriented, stress-resistant, and comfortable making decisions/delegating within technical frameworks Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory) Valid SSG-Entré certificate Ability to work hybrid (2 days remote within Sweden possible; onsite preferred) Nice to Have: University degree or formal education Strong written and verbal skills in Swedish (meritorious) About Sperton This Position is Sponsored by Sperton Global, a recruitment and consulting company with an international reach.
