Solution Specialist (Norwegian / Finnish / Portuguese Speaking) – Cloud Solutions Malaga or Valencia, Spain | Hybrid | Full-time We are hiring Solution Specialists speaking Norwegian, Finnish, or Portuguese to join an international Cloud Solutions environment. This role is designed for professionals with a strong commercial mindset and proven B2B tech sales experience. Role Overview As a Solution Specialist, you will partner with business customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable cloud-based solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, combining sales expertise with technical knowledge to drive long-term customer value. Key Responsibilities Engage with B2B clients and identify business requirements Recommend and position cloud-based solutions Manage and develop long-term customer relationships Drive revenue growth through consultative selling Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery Mandatory Requirements Fluent Norwegian OR Finnish OR Portuguese , plus good English Strong B2B tech sales experience Preferably in cloud technologies (Azure, cloud solutions, etc.) Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a hybrid model in Spain Whats on Offer €36,000 gross/year Up to €5,000 gross/year performance bonus (OTE) Private medical insurance Hybrid working model International, dynamic work environment Ongoing training and career development Working Hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 Location: Malaga or Valencia (Spain) Start date: ASAP Interested?
