Legal Technology Coordinator (CLM Support) Contract Position | Juno Beach, FL Job Overview Our client is a leading energy company seeking an Associate Project Coordinator to support their Law Department's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform operations. This hands-on role focuses on supporting legal workflows, system administration, and serving as the primary point of contact for CLM-related activities. The ideal candidate will have paralegal, legal assistant, or project coordination experience with legal technology platforms. Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on support for the Luminance Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform Support legal department workflows and processes within the CLM system Serve as day-to-day point of contact for CLM-related questions and activities Assist with system configuration and administrative tasks Coordinate project activities related to legal technology initiatives Maintain system documentation and user guidelines Provide training and support to legal team members Monitor system performance and report issues Assist with data migration and system integration projects Requirements 0-5 years of experience as Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Project Coordinator Legal experience and understanding of legal workflows required Prior experience with Luminance CLM platform strongly preferred Experience with contract lifecycle management systems Strong technical aptitude and system administration skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred What We Offer Competitive hourly rate of up to $29/hour 12-month contract duration with potential for extension Opportunity to work with cutting-edge legal technology Professional development in legal tech and project management Collaborative work environment with experienced legal professionals Location: Juno Beach, FL (On-site position)
