Romanian-Speaking Content Moderator Location: Porto, Portugal Work Type: On-site Job Description We are looking for a Romanian-speaking Content Moderator to join an international team in Porto . In this role, you will review and moderate online content to ensure it complies with platform policies and community guidelines. Responsibilities Review and moderate user-generated content according to platform guidelines Identify and remove content that violates policies Ensure accuracy and consistency when evaluating content Maintain quality and productivity standards Follow internal procedures and moderation policies Requirements Fluent Romanian Good level of English Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Emotional resilience and ability to handle sensitive material Working Hours Monday – Sunday 09:00 – 18:00 Days Off: 2 rotational days Planned evening shift: 13:00 – 22:00 Future possibility of 24/7 schedule Salary 1000€ gross salary (paid over 14 months) Important Information Please note that this role may involve exposure to sensitive or potentially disturbing content , so candidates should have strong emotional resilience.
