With a team of around 45 employees, our Service Center based in Porto is developing a dynamic nearshore business, offering the French and European markets an environment of excellence and high potential. Application Production Support This is your mission Are you passionate about ensuring application reliability, performance, and high‑quality IT services? Then this position is for you. As an Application Production Support , you will be responsible for guaranteeing the stability and availability of critical business applications within our ecosystem, collaborating closely with development, infrastructure, and global support teams. Build side: Contribute to the design and deployment of resilient application infrastructures in collaboration with Scrum and Development teams Implement upgrades, patches, and new functionalities with minimal business disruption Optimize CI/CD pipelines and automation practices (GitLab, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform) Enhance the observability stack using monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, Jaeger, ELK Define and improve monitoring and alerting strategies together with Centers of Expertise Run side: Monitor and maintain application stability, availability, and performance in production Participate in incident management, including P1/P2 situation rooms, RCA, and long-term remediation Ensure adherence to ITIL governance, including SLAs and change management processes Perform deployments and change requests using DevOps-aligned workflows Serve as key point of contact for Development teams, investigating issues and coordinating fixes Participate in 24/7 on‑call rotations for critical applications Maintain and update technical documentation and share best practices with global support teams This is your background You have several years of experience in demanding production support or IT operations environments. You enjoy solving complex problems, working in cross‑functional teams, and contributing to the stability of large-scale platforms. You thrive in environments where collaboration and ownership are encouraged, and where technology evolves quickly.
