About the position

Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development & Sector Support Associate to assist in driving growth, enhancing sector performance, and supporting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in business development activities, opportunity conversion, and sector-level support, while ensuring seamless coordination of marketing, branding, and collaboration efforts. Key Responsibilities: Business Development Support: Assist in identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities across various sectors. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and maintain reports that provide insights and support sector teams in their strategic pursuits. Marketing & Branding Assistance: Track and support marketing and branding initiatives, ensuring alignment with sector goals and organizational objectives. Proposal Development: Assist in drafting, formatting, and managing proposals, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions Collaboration Monitoring: Coordinate and monitor collaboration sessions within sectors, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on action items. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or client relationship support roles Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Work Setup: Hybrid Schedule: Day shift, Monday-Friday Location: Makati City By applying, you give consent to collect, store, and/or process personal and/or sensitive information for recruitment and employment, may it be internal to Cobden & Carter International and/or to its clients.
