ON-SITE URGENT OPPORTUNITY - ATTENTION BRAZIL: SÃO PAULO (CENTRAL AREA - Barra Funda) Position: Customer Service Specialist Starting date: March 19 and April 9 Location: São Paulo, Brazil – On-site RESPONSIBILITIES Provide customer support via phone and email Handle service-related, billing and payment inquiries Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally Ensure a high-quality customer experience WORK SCHEDULE Schedule: 5x2 – rotating days off Paid training: Duration: 3–4 weeks Monday to Friday 09:00 – 18:00 SALARY & BENEFITS Salary: R$ 2,200.00 Benefits include: Health insurance Dental insurance Meal/Food allowance (approximately R$20 per day) Transportation allowance Structured career plan REQUIREMENTS English level at least B2 Strong communication and problem-solving skills Availability for on-site work in São Paulo HOW TO APPLY: Please send your CV to: samanta.silva@cbtalents.org
