Job Description We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate lecturer to join our team at ROI Academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive relevant field instruction to students at various proficiency levels. This role includes creating course materials, delivering engaging lectures, and assessing student progress. Responsibilities Course Development: Design and help to develop curriculum, including lectures, assignments, and assessments. Instruction: Deliver clear, engaging, and informative lectures on the relevant topics, ensuring all students can follow and understand the material. Student Assessment: Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and exams, providing constructive feedback. Student Support: Offer guidance and support to students, addressing any questions or difficulties they may encounter. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest relevant field developments and integrate them into the curriculum as appropriate. Collaboration: Work closely with other ROI Holding members to ensure a cohesive learning experience and maintain high educational standards. Qualifications Educational Background: A Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, or a related field, is preferred. Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in working in the relevant field. Technical Skills: Knowing programs and technologies of the field is crucial. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to engage and motivate students, fostering a positive learning environment.
