About the position

Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Management Acquire and develop new client accounts while maintaining and growing existing relationships. Identify client needs and translate them into tailored event and creative solutions. Client Servicing & Relationship Building Act as the main point of contact, ensuring excellent client servicing and smooth communication. Build long-term partnerships through trust, consistency, and post-project servicing. Project Coordination & Execution Work closely with creative teams to develop proposals, pitches, and innovative event concepts. Collaborate with project and operations teams during event execution, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while keeping clients updated. Post-Project Engagement Conduct client debriefs, gather feedback, and explore opportunities for repeat engagements or upselling. Ensure continuous client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in account management, client servicing, events, or creative industries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong client-first approach. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
