Senior Risk and Control Analyst

About the position

In this position, you will support the Global Wealth Asset Management Risk teams in managing Operational Risk effectively. The role partners with the Line 2 Risk function to help implement and execute a strong risk governance and management framework, while providing oversight of operational risk mitigation efforts. Key Responsibilities: Compile, consolidate, and report on incidents, issues, action plans, and other risk-related programs. Assist in aggregating and analyzing Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and other metrics across Global Wealth Asset Management (GWAM) business units. Support the maintenance of core risk program components by tracking the progress and completion of business risk assessments and change management initiatives. Collaborate with risk team members to ensure management reporting is delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. Contribute to ongoing Risk Management initiatives and projects. Respond to ad hoc requests and inquiries as required. Core Requirements: 2–3 years Risk Management experience in Asset/Wealth Management, OR 2–3 years Audit background with Asset/Wealth Management exposure Educational Background: A university degree in Accounting, Business Management, Finance, or a related field is required Amenable to work on a night shift schedule.
