About the position

Responsibilities Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for assigned roles across software engineering, cloud, data, QA, and related functions. Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities. Drive sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach. Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and support onboarding handover. Act as the recruitment point of contact for assigned business or technology teams. Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular hiring status updates. Support recruitment process improvements and employer branding initiatives. Provide functional guidance to junior recruiters when required. Person Specification Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field. 4–6 years of hands-on experience in IT or technical recruitment is a must. Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring terminology. Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills. Effective communication and negotiation abilities. Experience using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
