Remote Danish Customer Support Representative

About the position

Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality support. Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer concerns. Resolve customer issues promptly, maintaining satisfaction and ensuring positive experiences. Update customer records and track feedback to improve service. Collaborate with the team to enhance customer service quality and efficiency. Requirements: Fluency in Danish (native or C1 level). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work flexible hours and rotating shifts, including weekends. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
