Start Date: January 2026 A welcoming and high-performing school in Cambridge is seeking a passionate Psychology ECT to join its thriving Social Sciences department from January 2026. This role is ideal for a teacher keen to inspire curiosity and analytical thinking. The Role You will teach A-Level Psychology and contribute to the wider academic life of the school. You’ll have access to high-quality CPD and structured mentoring as part of your ECT development. The Department Psychology is one of the school’s most popular subjects at Sixth Form, with a strong record of student success. The team encourages debate, research, and exploration of real-world case studies. Responsibilities Teach engaging and well-structured Psychology lessons. Support students with research and coursework. Contribute to curriculum planning and development. Promote academic discussion and independent learning. Participate in department CPD and enrichment. About You Psychology graduate with QTS or trainee status. Strong academic background and enthusiasm for learning. Excellent organisation and reflective teaching skills.
