Are you a motivated and caring SEN TA looking to make a real difference from January 2026? A supportive and inclusive primary school in Wandsworth is seeking an SEN TA to support pupils with additional needs. This SEN TA role in Wandsworth will begin January 2026, with induction and planning time provided before January 2026. The SEN TA will work closely with teachers and the SENCO to support learning, independence and wellbeing. Position details Role: SEN TA — Wandsworth Start date: January 2026 Contract: Full-time Key responsibilities Provide individual and small-group support across the curriculum. Support pupils with EHCP targets and personalised strategies. Encourage independence and positive learning behaviours. Assist with monitoring progress and recording observations. Contribute to inclusive practice throughout the Wandsworth school. Person specification Experience supporting SEND pupils in an educational setting. Understanding of inclusive strategies and behaviour support. Flexible, patient and committed to pupil progress. Able to begin January 2026, with induction completed before January 2026.
