About the position

Job Title: Video Content Analyst (Content Moderation) German Speakers Location: Onsite, Lagoas Park, Oeiras (Lisbon, Portugal) Project: International Streaming Platform About the Role Join an international team supporting one of the worlds largest streaming platforms. As a Video Content Analyst, you will review and moderate advertising content to ensure it is safe, relevant, and compliant with guidelines. Responsibilities Review and moderate online advertising content Identify and remove inappropriate or non-compliant material Ensure ads are relevant for the target audience (e.g., remove ads unsuitable for children under 12) Comply with platform standards and brand guidelines Requirements Fluent German (C1+) Good English (B2+) Availability for 24/7 rotating shifts Accuracy, emotional resilience, and responsibility No prior experience required (up to 12 months in content moderation is a plus) Schedule & Contract 24/7 rotating shifts (monthly rotation): 08:00 17:00 14:00 23:00 23:00 08:00 Contract: 2 months training + 1-year fixed-term contract (30 days probation) Salary & Benefits Annual base salary: ~14,000 gross (~1,400/month) Language bonus: 235/month Annual target bonus: 5% of gross annual base salary (~58/month) Meal allowance: 7.63/workday (net, meal card) Transport allowance: 720/year (~60/month) Additional pay (per Portuguese Labour Code): Night hours (22:0007:00): +25% on base hourly pay Sundays & public holidays (within fixed rotation): +50% on base pay or equivalent rest Signing bonus available for selected projects Health & life insurance (family plan available for spouse/partner and children) Extra private benefits on top of standard public insurance Assistance with bank account, insurances, and bureaucratic procedures (NIF/NISS) Housing support with trusted partners, adjusted to salary level Approximate total monthly compensation: 1,7001,900 (including base salary, bonuses, and standard allowances; additional night/weekend pay varies depending on shifts) Relocation Support Relocation bonus: 2,500 (for candidates moving from another EU country) Additional relocation support: 1,500 for candidates moving 100+ km within Portugal Full relocation assistance, including support with NIF/NISS and local registrations Help finding suitable accommodation at fair rental rates Career Opportunities Start an international career in Content Moderation & Digital Marketing Clear growth path up to Supervisor or Management roles Interested?
