Job Title: Freelance Recruiter / Headhunter (Europe-based) Location: Remote (Europe) Job Type: Freelance / Project-based Languages: English (required); local language (French/German/Italian etc.) is a plus About Us We are Minnovation International , a human resource consulting firm supporting global companies expanding into Europe. Our services include recruitment, EOR, payroll, and HR compliance solutions, with a strong focus on helping companies localize and scale their teams in Europe. To support fast-growing client needs, we are looking for experienced freelance recruiters/headhunters in Europe who can help us identify and deliver high-quality talent across various functions. Responsibilities Partner with Minnovation's internal team to understand job requirements from clients (mainly Chinese multinational companies expanding in Europe) Independently source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, referrals) Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: from sourcing and outreach to interviews and offer follow-up Provide local market insights, candidate expectations, and feedback to the internal team (Optional) Support in candidate offer negotiation and onboarding if required Ideal Profile Based in Europe, with prior experience in recruitment, headhunting, or talent acquisition , preferably in one or more of the following countries: Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Poland, UK Proven track record of successful placements, ideally in technical, engineering, or commercial roles Familiarity with local labor market, salary benchmarks, and sourcing channels Able to work independently and deliver within deadlines Excellent communication skills in English; additional local language skills are a strong plus Experience working with Chinese companies or international clients is a plus, but not required What We Offer Flexible, remote freelance opportunity Competitive success-based commission per placement Exposure to international projects and growing client network Long-term collaboration opportunities based on performance
