Sales Marketing Support

About the position

Job Summary The Sales Marketing Support will support the end-to-end administrative and operational activities related to exportimport transactions. This role ensures accurate preparation of sales invoices, shipping documents, and export compliance requirements while coordinating closely with customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal finance teams. The position requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in Mandarin and English, and a solid understanding of international trade process. Responsibilities: Support administrative and operational activities in Sales and Trading, especially for export-import transactions of mineral products. Handle Sales Invoices , Shipping Documents , and ensure all export documentation (invoice, packing list, BL, COO, etc.) are properly prepared and submitted. Liaise with customers, suppliers, logistics, and finance teams to ensure on-time delivery, payment, and document completion. Manage customer and supplier databases , including price lists, sales contracts, and shipment schedules. Coordinate with finance for invoicing, payment reconciliation, and report accuracy. Prepare periodic sales reports and performance summaries for management. Ensure compliance with export-import regulations and company policies. Qualifications: Proficient in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal) essential for communication with overseas customers and suppliers. Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Trading, or Export-Import Administration (experience in Mining or Mineral Industry preferred). Strong understanding of export-import processes , including documentation, logistics, and customs requirements. Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. Proficient in MS Office and data management tools. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines with positive attitude. Willing to be placed in Morowali, Sulawesi
