JOB DESCRIPTION INTERNAL CONTROL SPECIALIST Salary package: upto 35 millions Place: Thuan Thanh, Bac Ninh (shuttle bus from Ha Noi) or Dormitory CNKs client in the production of high-speed cable products, particularly serving the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). With many years of experience in cable manufacturing, they are proud to be a strategic partner of numerous renowned global brands. Their factory in Vietnam currently employs up to 2,000 staff members, with a dynamic and experienced workforce committed to delivering high-quality products. They are looking for talents to join their to meet our expanding business plan: Job Responsibilities: 1. Design, review, and optimize company-level internal control processes to enhance operational efficiency and risk management. 2. Review and consolidate internal control processes across departments; identify risks and inefficiencies and propose practical improvement plans, ensuring continuous follow-up and optimization. 3. Drive the implementation, compliance, and evaluation of internal control systems; conduct internal control reviews on key processes to ensure effective and compliant business operations. 4. Identify operational risk points, perform risk assessments, establish risk registers, and develop appropriate risk mitigation measures. 5. Provide internal control consulting and training to departments, fostering a strong internal control culture within the company. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field. 2. At least 3 years of audit experience at Big Four accounting firms. 3. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with excellent independent analysis and problem-solving abilities. 4. Good interpersonal and communication skills. 5. Proficient in English communication. 6. Responsible, self-motivated, and eager to learn new knowledge.
