About the position

A well-established Independent School in Derby is seeking a talented Design & Technology Teacher to join their highly regarded DT faculty from January 2026 . This is a fantastic opportunity to teach in an academically ambitious and technically well-resourced environment. About the Role: This full-time, permanent position includes teaching DT across KS3–KS4, maintaining safe workshop environments, delivering practical skills teaching and contributing to design projects and enrichment activities. About the School: The school is known for excellent behaviour, high academic standards and state-of-the-art DT facilities, including 3D printers, laser cutters, CAD software and specialist machinery.
