Business Process Management Leader

About the position

Location; Pasay Work Details: Morning Shift, On-site The Senior Manager will lead the organizations business process initiatives, ensuring workflows are effectively documented, analyzed, and aligned with SAP S/4HANA standards. This role involves guiding cross-functional teams, approving key process changes, and ensuring business objectives are met. Key Responsibilities: Conduct workshops across the organization to understand current business processes Review and validate existing processes (AS-IS) and approve future-state workflows (TO-BE) Make decisions on process gaps, harmonization, and customization requirements Assess the impact of process changes on policies, SOPs, and internal controls Approve solution designs and key updates to major processes Provide guidance to functional teams and resolve cross-departmental issues Qualifications: 5–10 years of experience in business process management or organizational transformation Leadership experience in at least one ERP implementation (SAP S/4HANA preferred) Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Logistics Experience with policy design, internal controls, and compliance Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
