About the position

Basic salary range of $2,800 to $3,200 and will be commensurated based on experience and skillset Commissions payable according to sales closures, with top performers earning up to 5-digits monthly on a consistent basis 18 days Annual Leave + Medical and Dental Benefits + Flexible Benefit Yearly Responsibilities Proactively engage working professionals through face-to-face and virtual channels to introduce relevant training opportunities. Recommend training solutions tailored to individual career goals and industry demands. Drive outreach through social media, networking, corporate events, roadshows, and class visits. Identify and generate leads, following up with potential customers to close sales and achieve personal targets. Build long-term relationships with clients, employers, and industry stakeholders to expand the outreach network. Conduct telesales, schedule virtual consultations, and manage customer inquiries to ensure seamless enrolment experiences. Requirements Diploma or equivalent qualification. 1-2 years of experience in direct sales, telesales, business development, recruitment, or customer service . Confident communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented mindset, proactive in identifying and converting sales opportunities.
