Responsibilities include: Supporting learning across the classroom Delivering structured interventions Assisting with emotional regulation strategies Monitoring progress and feeding back to staff Supporting pupils during transitions and routines Person specification: Previous SEN support experience desirable Patient, empathetic, and proactive attitude Ability to follow guidance and adapt strategies Strong organisational skills Commitment to inclusive education This SEN Teaching Assistant role begins January 2026.
