A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Lambeth is seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their support team from January 2026. The school has a strong reputation for inclusive practice and works closely with families, external professionals, and internal support staff to ensure pupils with additional needs are fully supported. • SEN Teaching Assistant required on a full-time basis from January 2026 • SEN Teaching Assistant role within a supportive and inclusive primary school in Lambeth • Permanent opportunity beginning January 2026 You will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to support pupils across a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH. The school offers a calm, structured environment with clear routines and a strong emphasis on positive relationships. Key responsibilities include: Providing targeted in-class and small-group support Supporting pupils with EHCPs and individual learning plans Encouraging engagement, confidence, and independence Assisting with behaviour regulation and emotional support Contributing to a safe and inclusive learning environment The successful candidate will demonstrate: Experience supporting children with SEN A calm, patient, and adaptable approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing Willingness to engage in ongoing training This is a rewarding SEN Teaching Assistant role starting January 2026.
