Travel Support Coordinator (Remote)

About the position

We are looking for a motivated, professional, and self-driven individual to join our remote team. This role supports clients and internal systems within the travel industry, working with established travel partners and suppliers. You will support clients by keeping communication clear, staying organised, and following through consistently. This position is well suited for someone who is comfortable working independently, managing their time effectively, and staying organised in a remote environment. Attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism are important for success in this role. Responsibilities Communicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings Support travel-related requests through coordination and follow-up Organise and manage task details to support timelines and accuracy Maintain records, track progress, and provide consistent service support Collaborate with internal team members and external partners as needed Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Strong communication and organizational skills Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently in a remote setting Previous customer support, coordination, or administrative experience is a plus Interest in travel or travel services is beneficial Applicants must be based in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, select countries in Latin America, or the European Union to be considered.
