Are you a compassionate and motivated Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role supporting students in a caring and academically successful school? A thriving secondary school in Derbyshire is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team from January 2026 . About the Role: This is a full-time, permanent position. You will support KS3–KS4 students in the classroom, provide one-to-one and small-group support, contribute to intervention programmes and help create an inclusive learning environment that meets the needs of all learners. About the School: The school has an excellent reputation for behaviour, pastoral care and staff development. Teaching Assistants work closely with SEND, teaching staff and leadership to ensure students feel supported, valued and able to succeed. Staff wellbeing and training are prioritised.
